Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to purchases of SEO services from searchnovaseo, Dražkovice 180, 533 33 Pardubice V, Czechia ("we", "us"), through searchnovaseo.com. Email: support@searchnovaseo.com. Phone: +420 604 245 520. "You" means the person or business placing the order. The terms are governed by Czech law, including Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
-
Services and orders
Each service page describes what is included, the package, and the usual turnaround. Placing an order through the checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Until then we may decline an order, for example if the site cannot be worked on as described.
-
Prices and VAT
Prices are in Czech crowns (CZK) and exclude VAT unless a VAT line is shown at checkout. If we charge VAT, it is added at the rate in force, currently 21%, and shown before you pay. "From" prices show the cheapest package. The price shown when you order is the price you pay for that order.
-
Payment
You can pay by card or bank transfer, as offered at checkout. We issue an invoice for each payment. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them. For a monthly service, the first month is paid at checkout and later months are invoiced monthly in advance.
-
How we deliver
We work remotely. Turnaround times on the service pages are targets that start on the later of the agreed start date and the day we have the access we need. Delivery times may move if access, information or approvals reach us late.
-
Monthly services and notice
Monthly services have no minimum term. You may end one at any time by giving 30 days' notice before the next billing date, by email to support@searchnovaseo.com. We may end a monthly service with the same notice. The Refund Policy explains refunds.
-
No guarantee of results
Search engines and AI assistants make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, links, citations in AI answers or revenue, and we do not promise any position. We do promise to do the agreed work with professional care and to report honestly on it.
-
Your responsibilities
You give us accurate information and the access we ask for. You confirm that you have the right to give us that access and to publish the content you ask us to publish. If your developer or another agency makes changes that affect our work, please tell us.
-
Ownership
You own the accounts we set up for you, the reports and data we deliver and the content we write for you, from the moment it is delivered and, for paid work, once it is paid for. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates and tools. We may not publish your name or results without your written permission.
-
How we build links
We do not use private blog networks or buy links in bulk. Any paid placement is labelled as sponsored and shown to you, and you approve it first.
-
Confidentiality
We keep your business information and access credentials confidential and use them only to do the work. This continues after the contract ends.
-
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional harm or injury. Where you are a business, our liability for any one service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
-
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days. The Refund Policy explains how to do this and what happens when work has already started.
-
Complaints
If something is wrong, write to support@searchnovaseo.com. We deal with complaints without undue delay and no later than 30 days.
-
Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may bring a dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, www.coi.cz, which handles consumer disputes out of court.
-
Governing law and courts
Czech law governs these terms. Disputes are heard by the competent Czech courts. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country continue to apply.
-
Changes
We may change these terms for future orders. The terms in force on the day you order apply to that order.
