Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. It is handled by:
- our hosting and email providers, who deliver the site and the messages sent through its forms;
- providers of accounting and invoicing services, for orders;
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics, only if you consent.
These providers act on our instructions or under their own terms as the law requires.
-
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google may process analytics data outside the EEA, including in the United States. This relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. Nothing is transferred to Google unless you accept analytics cookies.
-
How long we keep it
- Requests and correspondence: until the matter is closed, then up to 12 months, unless it leads to a contract.
- Orders and invoices: for as long as accounting and tax law require, up to 10 years.
- Analytics data: according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, at most 14 months.
Form submissions are sent to our email inbox. We do not keep them in a separate database.
-
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to support@searchnovaseo.com. We answer within one month.
