Refund and Cancellation Policy

The free audit

The free audit costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Monthly services

• You can cancel at any time by emailing support@searchnovaseo.com. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after your notice, on a billing date.
• A month that has already been invoiced is not refunded, except for work we agreed to do in that month and did not do. We refund that part.
• There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

One-off projects

• If you cancel before work has started, we refund the full price.
• If you cancel after work has started, we refund the part of the price that relates to work not yet performed. Work already delivered is charged.
• "Started" means the agreed start date has passed or we have begun working on your site, whichever is earlier.

Consumers: the 14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. To do so, email support@searchnovaseo.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form if you wish, but you do not have to.

• If you asked us at checkout to start work before the 14 days ended, and you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what we have already done up to the time you told us.
• If the service has been fully performed, and you asked us to start within the 14 days, you lose the right to withdraw. We tell you this at checkout and you confirm it.
• Businesses do not have this statutory right, but the cancellation terms in sections 2 and 3 apply to everyone.

Faulty work

If delivered work does not match what the service page described, tell us within a reasonable time. We correct it free of charge. If we cannot, we refund the part affected.

How refunds are paid

We refund in the same way you paid, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we agree the refund or receive your withdrawal.
