Questions
The questions people ask before they buy. Straight answers.
Pricing
How much does SEO cost?
From 4 900 Kč a month for local care, 14 900 Kč a month for SEO Management, and from 14 900 Kč for a one-off audit. Every price is on the Pricing page, ex-VAT.
Why do you publish prices?
So you can compare before you talk to anyone. If your case is unusual, we say so and scope it.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are ex-VAT. If VAT applies to your order, 21% is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Can I pay by card?
Checkout offers card and bank transfer. At the moment checkout runs in test mode and no money is charged.
Contracts
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly services run month to month, and you can leave with 30 days' notice before the next billing date.
What happens if I cancel?
Months already invoiced are not refunded, except for work we did not perform. One-off projects are refunded in full if we have not started. The Refund Policy has the details.
Do you work with enterprise or multi-country sites?
Sometimes. Those projects need their own scope, so use the audit form and tell us the size.
Process
How long until I see results?
Fixes show in indexing and impressions within weeks. Rankings and traffic follow over months. We report what moves each month and do not promise a date.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website address and read access to Search Console and Analytics. For changes on the site, access for us or for your developer.
What does the free audit include?
A quick look at one page against ten points, sent to you by email. It is not the paid audit.
Seznam and AI
Do you optimise for Seznam as well as Google?
Yes. We check Seznam indexing, use Seznam Webmaster and report Seznam results on their own.
Why report them apart?
Because they rank pages differently. A blended number hides which engine is working.
Can you get me into ChatGPT or Google AI answers?
No one can promise that. We can show how AI answers describe you today and what you can change.
Do you guarantee a #1 position?
No. Nobody honest does. We guarantee the work and the report.
Ownership
Who owns the accounts, reports and content?
You do. Accounts are opened in your name, reports and data are yours, and you keep every piece of content we write.
What happens to my data?
We use it to do the work and to answer you. The Privacy Policy lists what we collect and why.
